Do you offer financial aid or scholarships?
In the spirit of accessibility, we offer a limited number of need-based scholarships for each retreat. These are supported by our current budget and are awarded as funds are available. If our registration fee is the primary barrier preventing you from joining us, please reach out to start a conversation; we are committed to doing our best to get you here.
I have some physical limitations. Is this retreat for me?
Inclusivity is a core value, and every effort is made to welcome all bodies within the unique character of the venue. Please note that while the space is not fully ADA-compliant, it is accessible to guests comfortable navigating a maximum of five steps. For specific questions regarding mobility or the physical layout of the space, please reach out—providing detailed information to ensure you feel supported and prepared is a priority.
Regarding movement practices, the guidance is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Rather than a "one size fits all" approach, the instructors offer layers of modification, restorative alternatives, and the use of props to ensure the practice honors your body’s needs. Whether you require a chair-based practice, more gentle transitions, or simply a slower pace, the goal is to facilitate an experience that feels nourishing and accessible to your unique physical journey.
Can you accommodate my dietary restrictions/allergies?
Yes! Our meals are centered around whole, nourishing foods that align with the Midwest seasons, focusing primarily on seasonal ingredients.

We provide three meals a day, with organic and locally sourced items serving as a priority and a staple of our menu. To ensure we take care of your specific needs, the registration form includes a dedicated section to collect information regarding your allergies, dietary restrictions, or preferences.

Note: Please be as specific as possible on your form so our culinary team can prepare the best experience for you!
